TruStage review: Ripoff

Have had trustage insurance for a few years, now all of a sudden no statement, go online several times, can't make a payment or anything else. Message say they are having difficulties. They've been having difficulties for 3-4 months now. I never missed a payment, never late. No response from them at all.
Guess all the money I've sent them the past several years is gone.
