My husband paid for his insurance for 40+ years. He passed om 8/7/2026 and I filed a claim on 8/9/2026. I received a voice mail after I filed my claim saying someone would contact me in 24-48 hrs. It is now 10/12/2026 and I have not heard a word from this company much less received the money to pay for a burial for my husband. This is so bad, its sad enough my husband passed , but now I am seeking an attorney to be able to obtain the money I am owed to bury him. I call every week and can not get get any information on when I will receive my payment. I would like a person from management to contact me @ [protected] in regarding policy # 51NJ6627237.
