I tried to get my account balance but they said I gotta wait 3 biz days for a reply. I also wanted to change my banking info but they said I gotta wait for an email from accounting. The account manager couldn't help and hung up on me. I never got an email and no one called me. It's messed up that they can't answer a simple question. They waited for my payment even though I said I changed my account. Customer service don't know anything about my account and just charged me $90 for missed payments. I ain't dealing with them again. I just want the info I asked for 2-3 weeks ago. The account manager said they'll charge $90 every 2 weeks even though they know the account is closed.

Had a bad time with AAR Financial Inc. The staff wasn't very good at their job, didn't remember my name, and answered to someone else's name. They didn't communicate well and didn't follow up. When I told them my worries, they said the manager would take care of it, but then he said I applied twice with the same documents even though I was doing what he said. Then, he said something different than the other guy. First, I needed someone to sign with me, and I asked for an email with more information so I could reply better. The manager then said I could borrow $1-3000 without a guarantee, but then said I was talking to more than one person and said no to my application. I did everything he told me to do. The manager kept me waiting for over a week without talking to me. I give them zero stars.

AAR Financial Inc. is a company that offers loans and financial assistance. I had a bad experience with them when someone named Martha called my work looking for me. My co-worker told her I wasn't there, but Martha started to tell my co-worker how much I owed and for how long. My co-worker cut her off and said that it was my personal information and she shouldn't be sharing it. Martha then gave my co-worker the name and phone number of her boss, David ***, and asked for the privacy officer's name and phone number. When my co-worker asked for it, Martha said they didn't have one. This is a very unprofessional business and I will be reporting this to the privacy officer.

Bad Customer Service ***
I applied for a $2500 loan with AAR Financial Inc. on May 24th, 2022. Sumit *** was supposed to help me with my application. He asked me to send some documents. I sent them and called to check if he got them. He said his "Seniors" would review them and get back to me in a few days. On May 26th, 2022, I emailed him and called back. Another representative answered and said Sumit no longer worked there. He also said he had no record of my application and maybe it was declined. I asked him to at least look for my application and let me know. He said, "What do you want me to do?" and that someone would contact me if they had an answer. It's June 1st, 2022, and I still haven't heard anything. These guys have all my details.

I received a *** dollar loan 3 years ago..I called June 1 to see what my balance was and it's at *** after all the years of paying not 1 missed payment.. don't go to this place for a loan

Had a great and rapid service from a very kind man named Hossain. He definitely gave me great service and I got the help I requested very easily. I did not believe till I got it, their service is worth a shot if you have several credit cards to be paid.

I dealt with a very knowledgeable and professional loan officer named Yash Patel. He was very through and transparent with the whole application process and I learnt a great deal from him as a result. I would recommend him and AAR financial in the near future. Given my own personal life struggles, Yash was always calling and making sure that at every step of the process, I was looked after.

I applied for a loan with AAR Financial. I signed all the loan papers and was approved for 1000. Then I get an email stating that I was declined cause the auditors found out that my rent was 1117. *** the employee that I was dealing with *** put my rent as 300 which I took a screenshot of. This was not good customer service, would never recommend them.

In 2018 I was desperate for money and hours were cut at work. I went to AAR on McPhillips in Winnipeg. I requested a $2,000.00 loan. In the loan documents I did see that I was going to be paying back more than double. I need to stress that I was under a lot of stress and was in desperate need that I did not take the time to read all that I was signing. When it comes down to it, my loan is done in Nov of 2023 and I will have paid $11,000.00!***, they told me I could cancel the insurance to bring the costs down, but each time I talk to someone at AUTOLIST of CANADA (WHY THAT I ASK) they tell me that they are taking care of it, and that it has been taken care of. To date no updated statement has been issued and the loan is still the same and end date still the same. They don't (***) that when you are signing a waiver, you are declining the insurance.
DON'T GO HERE FOR A LOAN - PLEASE

Right from the start I had issues with them, had to know different references (even though we know the same amount of people), had three different employees saying one thing or another. The payment is supposed to be $80 a month but somehow there's all ways a miss payment or they take it out of one bank account or go take it another so getting double payment. And still dealing with different employees so you don't know who your dealing with let alone what information their giving away too, saying I lied and didn't pay in a year, even though I went down before lockdown. And not apologizing to me saying I'm lying to them and Than harassing me over the phone at work, now I don't want to be contacted by phone, only by email from them.They have caused me so much stress and anxiety from the start that I can't deal with them over the phone anymore. The interest alone is not worth it(80%) if you miss a payment as far as I know it's coming out my account, so they make up excuses, say your lying to them and don't apologize at all. Terrible company I have ever dealt with and will never go back to them after this loan is payed off once and for all, *** So needles to say avoid at all cost, *** Avoid at all cost go to a different loan place

I asked AAR Financial for my loan balance a bunch of times, but they keep saying no. I want to know how much I owe for the principal, interest, NSF fees, and other stuff.

I talked to Kristen at AAR Financial Inc. on Dec 28, 2020 about my loan payment. I told her my EI was delayed because of the holidays and I wouldn't have funds when they took out the payment on the 31st. I didn't want to pay the banking NSF fee of $45 and the Loan NSF fee of $90, so I asked if we could delay the payment. Kristen said it wouldn't be a problem and they would take the payment out on Jan 14th instead. She took my email address and confirmed it with me 3 times. I asked her to send me an email to confirm it, but she said she was busy and would send it later. I trusted her to do so. On Jan 4, I checked my banking and they had withdrawn the payment and I was charged both NSF fees. I called Kristen again and she said she emailed me, but it didn't go through. I asked her why she didn't let me know and she avoided the question. She said she called me, but I never got a missed call from her. I asked for a supervisor, but she said she was it. She said it wasn't her fault and she had to wait until the payment was returned on their end. On Jan 5, Kristen called me about the missed payment and said I had to pay the NSF fees.

I got a loan from AAR Financial and they're usually pretty good. They keep asking me to reloan though, like 20 times a day. I asked Niky if I could reloan and she said it would take 4 days. I needed it fast so I sent the papers and got approved for $3000. But then Niky forgot to sign a paper and the loan got delayed. I complained to Gurmeet and put a bad review online. Then they said they wouldn't give me the loan unless I removed the review. Harsh said I could apply again without a credit check, but then they denied me even though I signed the papers. I asked for the owner's info but no one will respond. At least I don't have to make a payment for 2 weeks.
