TruStage review: Life insurance policy
Due to cyber attack, no information is given about a policy I purchased in 2014. I do not have policy number to file death claim and according to Trustage they cannot access the system to give me any information, but they continue taking out monthly payments for a dead person. I wasn't even notified of a cyber attack. Some people answering phones will say hold on, but eventually hang up without any information.
Desired outcome: I want to get policy number so I can file a death claim and receive my payment. Trustage doesn't care that I had to pay out o fpocket for a costly funeral.
