My husband and I have each owned a retirement savings account with TruStage American Memorial Life Insurance Company for approx. 40 years. We submitted cash surrender forms for approx. $6,232 each account in June 2026. 1 month later in July 2026 TruStage had a cyber incident. Our forms were submitted a month before this incident. Apparently there is still no access to our accounts and we need to receive the cash surrender value for them. We have phoned many times and written a letter without getting any response.

Claimed loss: 12464

Desired outcome: Receive the cash surrender value for both accounts.
