I'm a happy member of Freecash. I read a few reviews here on Jabber just now before writing this and I will touch on one or two things being complained about. I attempted to withdraw my earnings on Nov 9th, but I had to verify my identity to do so. I clicked the verification and followed the steps to verify my identity, which included submitting a photo of my Driver's License and putting my face on camera. I am not sure why the website could not verify my identity because I did everything correctly and my ID is indeed mine.

I spoke to JAX on freecash who claimed to be a supervisor who blocked me with her accounts not my business even though I set up her account and refereed her they blocked her account after me and her sat together for hours and she made $2.77 US which can not withdraw , they banned her account and her messaging as well so I approached freecash through my account , banned her for no real reason , JAX was not helpfull would give me no place to complain to or consumer business services just claimed they have no office it’s all online ! So he is saying virtually his company has no headquarters which is a lie .

My account was frozen the same day I received a pay out from completing offers. When I went to cash out it said my account was frozen for violating unspecified terms and to contact support. Well I contacted support and I only received one reply since 08/18/23 saying to verify my ID through notifications. My notifications have not said anything about ID verification nor given me any way to do so besides my email and phone number, both of which have been verified. The game rewards you for each time, points which get added to your profile and then what you choose to do is up to you, in my case as with completion of surveys, I convert points into paypal and withdraw into that account. For the most part it all goes smoothly and there hasn't been any issues. That then changed once I had reached and completed level 25 in dice dreams in which I should have received 6000 points. When I first advised support they said that if it has been less than 72hrs then just wait then after that create a ticket. I did create a ticket then I received a message in live chat at some stage a short time after saying that the team was behind on rewarding points, I'm not sure if they were speaking in general though or in relation to that game, needless to say I wasn't happy and wrote back 'this is ridiculous I've already been waiting over a week'. Now come maybe 5days ago or so, I completed level 30 which is the next level after 25, where you get credited for completion and it is also 6000 points.
