Retirement account
My husband and I have each owned a retirement savings account with TruStage American Memorial Life Insurance Company for approx. 40 years. We submitted cash surrender forms for approx. $6,232 each account in June 2026. 1 month later in July 2026 TruStage had a cyber incident. Our forms were submitted a month before this incident. Apparently there is still...

Life insurance policy
Due to cyber attack, no information is given about a policy I purchased in 2014. I do not have policy number to file death claim and according to Trustage they cannot access the system to give me any information, but they continue taking out monthly payments for a dead person. I wasn't even notified of a cyber attack. Some people answering phones will say hold on, but eventually hang up without any information.

I took out a private loan at my credit Union, which required I pay for insurance if I should be hospitalized. I filed the claim in June 25, letting them know I was going to be using the services. Received email & snail mail asking me to complete all paperwork. I had surgery on 7/1, out of hospital on 7/6/26. I spoke with customer service on 7/7/26, was told...

Good Morning, I have provided all documents requested of me to obtain a copy of my mother's policy. I have placed phone calls and sent multiple emails since June 2025 without a response. I am cc'ing the FSRAO on this email, as I am at the point I will need to make a complaint. I simply want a copy of my mother's policy as her POA, and you have failed to...

I recently had an experience with TruStage on 3.20.23. I sent my guardianship and commission papers to them. They wrote one policy for me, but there was a mistake and a second policy was written for someone else. Since I am the guardian of ***'s estate, it is important for me to know the amount that was paid. This information is necessary for the final report. I have been going through a difficult time due to the loss, and I have called TruStage multiple times. However, I only received a response two weeks ago, and unfortunately, the payment was not included.
Me and *** have a contract agreement that they will withdraw funds from my checking account on the third of every month to pay my bill
Me and *** have a contract agreement that they will withdraw funds from my checking account on the third of every month to pay my bill. However, they have been late 4-5 days on some months, causing me to be charged an overdraft fee of $25 each time. Recently, they were late again and I was charged another $25 overdraft fee. The contract clearly states that this should be done on time and both sides should honor it. If I were to be late, they would cancel my life insurance policy. Trustage has breached the contract multiple times and despite my numerous calls to resolve the issue, it has not been resolved. In fact, it's only getting worse. I have called them at least 10 times and they continue to breach the contract.
