Travelomatix is a scam and fraudulent company cheating customers . They claim they have APIs from suppliers . But the truth is none of the suppliers give any inventory to such cheaters .
From their websites customer can only get fraudulent tickets and vouchers . None of the airline or hotel will ever honour the dummy vouchers they give . Our customers denied boarding at Airport due to scam voucher they give . The website they give seldom work . Christina Anita is the main con Artist there . I have lost all my money with them . My travel business is spoiled because of provab / travelomatix .
Travelomatix is run by provab . For more horror stories pls search " provab complaints " in google .
Script / source code they give is malicious .
If you install in your site it will flag as malicious site . Don’t spoil your company because of these frauds

Before you read this my best advice is to stay away from Travelomatix. There are many other vendors out there that provide excellent service and create a worthwhile and useable product. This lesson cost $21, 000 so I would make sure you listen to my advice.
In the beginning the software looked like exactly what we needed. However, over time (and more importantly money) we discovered that the software did not really perform in the way that one would expect given the amount of money spent and what is currently the state of the art in the online line travel agent (OTA) world.
The software was somewhat functional but the data pull is a huge problem. When we originally contracted with Travelomatix we were deciding between the white-label version of their product or using the Travelomatix API solution, which is MUCH more expensive. We were told that Travelomatix makes available many API's from vendors that we had no way of getting because we were new and had no internet traffic. The Travelomatix API solution sounded perfect for us.

There is one HUGE problem with this API solution... Travelomatix uses the information from other API's to create their own proprietary API which they give you access to. They DO NOT give you direct access to a vendors API. Their data pull from their API is not close to the same as direct access to the original API. Their data pull is sloppy.
Their API could not differentiate the between Rome, Italy and Rome Georgia or Naples Florida and Naples, Italy. If you looked up an airport such as "Los Angeles" the search results were useless as LAX was at the bottom of a long list of regional airports. The hotel search function was so bad that we white-labeled Booking.com for the hotels tab. Travelomatix could not figure out how to "Americanize" the date function. When I brought all of this to their attention they became very defensive and told me they had lived up to the contract. It was a $21, 000 lesson. My advice to you is to look elsewhere.

This company is part Provab technosoft only and they are re sellers of TBO API based in Delhi, India. They are misguiding people by telling travelomatix.com gives API from different providers and hiding the fact they just have TBO only. I got to know about this when the ticket got issued by TBO. travelomatix.com flight fares valid only from India and they dont have fares from other countries. Ultimately, There is no value in going with such cheap products where as in the market better alternates available . This company may say they give you the copy of TBO based web site they have for cheap rates - But dont fall in their trap. Fares comes from travelomatix.com are very high as they keep mark up of up to 50% .
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

We engaged Travelomatix on Dec 2016, for flight and hotel bookings portal. We were promised a 5 days deliver timeline. We made the initial 50% payment, and now after one month the portal is still NOT ready. what every travelomatix has shown as work in progress is full of bugs. The sales and customer service rap (Mr.Shruti) has dissipated, and not replying to our skype messages, calls and e-mails. Also, the project manager allocated to our delivery (Mr.Balaji) has dissipated, and we are told he had an auto accident and is off from work.
Dealing with Travelomatix is frustrating, they are non responsive once they receive the payment. Their delivery is sub-standard and their product is CRAP. I highly advise anyone else reading this not to engage them.
