Travelgenio / flights that do not work

I received modification of my flight itinerary from Travelgenio less than 3 days before my departure. I am faced with missing my connection as I now have one flight arriving at the time my next flight departs.

After speaking to one of their customer service advisers I have been told that all I can be offered is a refund that will take up to 3 months. A further call and they advised that they *may* be able to reschedule the flight but without a new e ticket :/ It's not very reassuring

I have tried contacting them several times on their customer service number, but you're placed on hold and the line cuts out. The departure date is imminent and I'm yet to hear anything from them.

TravelGenio this needs fixing ASAP. I have already emailed your customer service and still nothing.
