Trader Joe's review: Staff

At 9:45 I entered Scottsdale Indian Bend location. I explained I have a medical condition and cannot wear a mask. I was handed a basket with a big yellow sticker that says mask exception. One of your staff thanked me for going along with this rule. I could see he was agitated, troubled, intense and nervous. I asked him what was wrong as I was holding my basket with the big yellow sticker. He told me it is a rule emphasizing the word rule loudly. I replied saying it's OK please don't get [censored]ty with me. He yelled at me to get out of the store that nobody talks to him like that. You can go and figure out who it was quite a scene.
