I've had Tracfone for about 3 years now and do my best not to deal with their CS department. Again, this year, they've lied about a $5 credit for my birthday. They had previously sent me an information card in the mail with the code but they were always already used codes that didn't work. This year they sent me an email stating it would be deducted automatically - another lie! I've tried chatting with them about this and service issues (service dates wrong by up to 2 weeks, disconnect when not warranted), but it would have been more productive to just slam my head into a brick wall. I don't know what country they're in, but it sure isn't English speaking or English understanding. I have got to find another carrier - I'm tired of crappy customer service.
Recommendation: Find someone else with customer service located in the US!
