I prepay for 1 year of talk, text, data each year. September 2025 my phone was deactivated even though I had approx 800 talk, 750 text, 3.0 gb data on it. All of the talk, text, date was deleted and my account showed 0/0/0. A rep restored the minutes. 30 days later phone was once again deactivated and all time deleted. A rep restored it again after chatting for over 2 hours. 30 days later, phone was deactivated again and all time deleted. Even though I had screenshots and record of all time used since the previous deactivation, the rep today refused to restore my time to the correct amount. I have talked to 5 different reps and only two were able to correct the account. All of the reps said that my case was escalated to higher ups and I should be reassured that it would not happen again. It keeps happening. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau today.
Desired outcome: Restore 856 talk, 987 texts, 3.71 data. Stop the deactivating phone every 30 days. I purchased a one year play which runs to April 2026. There is no excuse for deactivating my phone and without notice every 30 days.
