TracFone Wireless review: My phone - Tracfone

I was in assisted living and my phone was stolen in March of 2026, I called to cancel the account as I went back to the Real Verizon, in the interim my phone number and email changed, my new number is [protected] and my new email address is [protected]@outlook.com, my home address is Flemington NJ 08822

My old phone number (i have no access to it) was [protected], and my old email address was [protected]@outlook.com (I have no access to it), the online call center says they cannot turn off the line,so every 3 months they steal money from, their solution was i should cancel the card where the charge hits, this out and out stealing, new levels of dumb, i want and demand my phone account be closed,
