TracFone Wireless review: Horrible, horrible customer service

I try to earn a few Rewards points every now and then. This morning I watched a short video but got no points. Logged out, back in, same thing. I chatted with "sunshine" in customer service. She said that activities didn't show up quickly - which is a lie as they show up as pending - and I needed to check back in 3 - 5 days. My husband did his video watch this morning and his showed up immediately. Other times I've done this and it shows up immediately. She just wanted to get rid of me. I've contacted them many times about many things and they never just fix the problem. I have to find a work-around or figure it out myself. It would be a decent company if they'd hire better customer service associates.
