TracFone Wireless review: Great customer service

This isn't about the phones, I don't expect a good quality phone from them. This is about the customer service. I was having a hard time getting information about my order and tried several times for a few days. I ran across a customer service rep through the chat help and was really taken care off. They worked with me for what seemed like hours. All of my information for the phone I ordered through Safelink/Tracfone was wrong and they fixed it. It was actually the best chat customer service I've had in a few decades.
