Purchaced a new phone and data is to be added to existing data. The following day all data was removed and had O G data Showing. Called many places and am looking for the data that was removed to be reinstated. Just going around in circles and no help just caned speaches from all 6 Call center opperators. Am a customer over 10 Yeard and this is the first problem. If I did not order a new phone would all be OK?
Claimed loss: want the 69G data that I had paid for reinstalled and for this not to happen again.
