I have a prepaid flip top cell phone for an elderly family member who lives 3000 miles away from me . the phone number is [protected]. I have autopay set up . The payment comes out monthly no problem. The problem is the service gets interrupted every month . i have to call in to get it resolved . This time the agent refused tech support and a supervisor. The service is still not working and I have no way to reach my elderly family member . i have not been credited for any amount Im refused help and very upset with the poor customer service i have received.
