Just purchased a cell phone from total wireless. From day one I kept receiving provocative text messeges and spam number. Called total wireless to see what could be done to stop this. Well the first call I made to this company the rep gung up in me, the I called right back and that rep acted like she didn't care and started yawning right over the phone like I was bothering her morning cup of coffee .Told them that if I keep receiving these text messages I was switching carriers and she said ok and good bye! Horrible customer service.

Once again I bought add-on data from Total wireless it did not go on my account but my card was charged. I've had this problem in the past. About 5 gigs of ad on data for $10. I have been on the phone for 6 hours trying to get this issue resolved. I think they finally got it. Apparently total wireless thanks my time is worth nothing.

Once again terrible customer service. Called trying to fix a caller id issue they messed up. Again they just tried to get us off phone for a call back. No trouble shooting steps. Spoke to agent Trina 510643 on 6- 4-23

ive called several of times and spoke with several representatives concerning my account number. for some odd reasons they keep saying for security purposes they cannot release my accounmt number.

I login to my account and then i try to look at phones to upgrade my current phone and then yr website ask if im a customer when i had just logged in. Then i add my cell number under yes im a customer and the stupid page freezes and just stays stuck.

On 09/08/20/2021 @ 1:04pm i called [protected] (smart pay lease) because i had 3 extras charges and total wireless stated it was smart pays fault. Alejandro team member of smart pay answered the call and tried to help me to find out why i was getting charged and why i didn't have no gigs available from one day to another. He got transferred so many times until someone named MARIA answered the call. She was a very disrespectful rep, she never offered help she said that if i just wanted to chit chat to let her know and that i wasn't listen to what she was saying. She didn't bother to check the account she stated the other payment wasn't there. Alejandro clarified and repeated several times that the customer was charged, she went out of her character not only with me(customer) but also her coworker. She repeated several times that i can get a refund when i have never asked for that. I told her she was very rude and she asked Alejandro to please disconnect the call immediately because she couldn't help us and transferred the call to refund department. This is unacceptable. She treated me very mean and disrespectful. It is a shamed to have people like that "taking care of our issues". She never apologize for no word or attitude she had with us. I really would like to cancel my line but unfortunately i need it. Money is not the problem, like she was trying to make it seem. That is very offensive to a customer not to mention the time we spent on the phone (50 minutes).

i'd stoke 4/2 to 5/1/19. Dolores Heindl [protected]. Total Wireless pos transacctions for $391.89 from bank. My card [protected]. I need my $. My phone # [protected] new. I taked it to you any. Phone not used 4/9/18. Month 4/29 4/30 & 5/1. I have to hour 2 hours-to write sits. Help$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Refund $391.89.

This is THE WORST plan I've ever had the misfortune of purchasing. I regret my decision.
After 5g it doesn't slow internet, it drops off! Completely. You know you could offer better to customers.
I'm going back to Straight Talk soon.
Never recommend this rip off plan.

someone else is using a leased phone. i paid cash for this at wallmart in Covington washington 98025
