12/10/2025 Spoke with customer service at 1-877-822-2015 regarding monthly billing charges via postal service. I was informed that to receive billing via mail is $1.99 per month, otherwise it was paperless billing. I was told a notification would be sent via email when the monthly payment was LATE, with a late charge added. I wanted to know why I don't get the monthly bill via email. She stated they don't send your bill thru email, when paperless; we are supposed to go to your website and look for a bill. If company can send a late notice, they can certainly send
a bill via email.
