Tim Hortonswrong order at the window

We ordered three meals - a sandwich, a wrap and a chilli. When we left we were missing wedges for both meals and a bun with the chilli. After we turned our vehicle around and returned to the window the woman who took our order (who was also difficult to understand) proceeded to argue with us and tell us that we ordered our meal wrong, rather than try to be helpful and assist us in correcting the issue. We were not even given the opportunity to order additional food to correct our order. We were also not offered a receipt at the time of our ordering. We will not be returning
