Tim Hortons review: unethical behaviour/order incorrect

My husband placed an order inside the establishment and when he ordered "1
Peppermint tea, black with both bags in" she snipped back saying "no! you mean Black peppermint tea with two bags in." Normally I ignore something that sounds so small but she has done this to us almost every time we order through her. She corrects the way we order in a rude manner and says it loud enough to make us feel embarrassed. Also, once she corrected our order for the hundredth time we've gone there she messed up our order. He also ordered a medium iced coffee with milk and light on the sugar and it was heavy on the sugar. Too sweet to drink!

I would like it if maybe she can work on her manors and we can get a refund from our order not being edible.
