new dome lids
The new dome lids don't fit right or the flap gets stuck downwards, the perforation prevents the flap from coming back up. Lid became loose and coffee burnt 3 fingers. Dropped coffee due to burning fingers. Please bring back the previous lids that worked perfectly for years and years. Why change something that worked fine? I will not return to Tim Hortons until better lids are supplied. Thanks

My purchase consisted of a
1.medium coffee with 2 milk/1 sugar
2. Small coffee 2 cream
3. Plain croissant (as cheese croissants are non existing by 9am, at a lot of Tom Hortons locations)
4. 2 walnut danish
5. Blueberry muffin
6. 3 smile cookies
The issues are as follows
1. No sugar
2. Fine
3. At least one day old, tho the taste of the croissant, sings a different tune
4. Undercooked
5. Fine
6. Cookies sold out
As you can see, this was a very disappointing visit. I did get my money back for the non existing cookies, but not the tax on it.
I would appreciate a resolution.

new lids on cups
I have had two bad experiences with these new kids and after this morning I will no longer be a costumer
Last week I picked up 4 coffees on the way to work and the lids leaked and coffee leaked on the carpet of my truck and when I picked up the tray it fell apart in my hand and all 4 coffees spilled all over the truck
After a $125 detailing bill this morning it happened again this is the worst lid I have ever seen

I've had multiple problems with the service at this location. I made my order in the drive through the first thing I ordered was a coffee. When I got to the window the coffee was not on my order. I was then told they couldn't add to my order and I would have to drive through again to get a coffee. After a wait of 20 minutes for my order I was done.

Please go back to the original lids. When driving with the new ones you have to tip your head back to get a drink when your close to the end and when your hands are full you cant care the cup with your teeth and believe me a mother you can do this.
So please go back to the flat lids for your coffee and drink glasses.

I would like the Manager of the above named Tim's made aware of what I discovered in my cup of coffee purchased at his establishment today about 1:30 pm. That being a nice shiny new 2019 Canadian dime.
Perhaps his staff is using a serving cup to collect their tips and they missed a dime...which is probably easy to do. But no matter how it got in my cup its not very sanitary.

My boyfriend and daughter and I went to this Tims location for lunch, they were not prepared, as usual for a lunch rush, we ordered a med pumpkin spice latte and a choc chip muffin for my daughter and got that right away, my boyfriend and I both ordered a chic bacon ranch wrap, wedgies and 2 xl dark roast coffees, both 3 cream and 3 sweetner...it took more then 5 min to get our coffees and the girl gave us original, so I told her to make the right coffees, about 5 min after we got our coffees we got our wraps...no wedgies, we were told it would take 3 min...5 min later my boyfriend went to the counter and was told 11 more min, soon after that I went up and was told 10 more min! After waiting for 1/2 hr for wedgies we got our money back for them and left. There were 9 people working that we saw and 3 of them were just standing around. This has severely lowered out likelyhood of ever going to any Tims again! Hire people that know what the hell they are doing!

dirty restaurant
Hi, I am a frequent customer here at Tim Hortons at Fennell and Upper Gage, and at Fennell and Upper Ottawa, both in Hamilton, Ontario. I have noticed a real decline in the cleanliness of the restaurants in both locations. I never see any staff emptying garbage or clearing and wiping tables. It's gotten to the point that I don't even like to rest my arms on the tables, because they're so grubby. I know that busy times of day make it harder to keep the restaurant clean, but no one wants to eat at sticky, crumb-covered tables. Please encourage store owners to schedule more staff for cleaning at all times of day. It's just gross.

I go into this location quite a bit, as i enjoy a coffee and somewhere to do my book work before i head home in the afternoons. I normally would not do something like this, but every time i go in there, there is a lady that working there named Doris, (finally found her name out as she doesn't have a name tag on)I wanted to bring to your attention how very nasty this lady is to her co workers. Good Morning,
Today I stopped at the Tim Hortons inside the gas station and ordered a large coffee 2 milk 1 sugar, 2 cheese bagels double-toasted - one with cream cheese, one as a bacon breakfast sandwich and a chocolate chip muffin.
There were many things incorrect with my order which took 11 minutes to receive.
1) My coffee was prepared with 2 sugars / 1 milk and as a diabetic I had to throw out once I realized it on the train
2) My bagels were not toasted.
3) My breakfast sandwich was placed on a biscuit to which I then had to have fixed to the cheese bagel
4) The cheese bagel in turn was not toasted at all, no butter, just slapped together.
5) Was I in turn charged for 2 cheese bagels and a breakfast sandwich?
There were no apologies from the person making my sandwich, she seemed annoyed that I asked for my order to be corrected.
While there other people also were complaining about their orders. I get that it can be chaotic early in the morning when people want their coffee, I am a patient person but this just set my day off badly and I think you should know that I will not be returning to this location.

I Went in to get a panini sandwich at 7:35pm. Was told the panini press was shut down for the night. Store closed at 9:00pm. They were able make me a cold sandwich, but not a hot one.
