Tim Hortons review: service

I am very disappointed by the service we receive every weekend. Every time we visit they are out of something, whether it be muffins, bagels, wraps or eggs.

I have to instruct them to double toast my bagel because one toast does not qualify as toasted. I also have to pay more for extra cream cheese because they do not cover the bagel. Most of the time our order is either incorrect or our order is missing something we asked for.

Although the employees provide good customer service, I do not understand why there should be a shortage of items on the menu every time we visit.
