Tim Hortons review: Quality and service

I'm a religious Tim Hortons consumer. I buy coffee and breakfast everyday. The quality and service has fell through the floor and I've had enough to not say anything would be wrong. The straw that broke the camels back was today I ordered my usual extra large Coffee with a shot of espresso shot of caramel I also tried caramel sea salt thoroughly Not and Brad it look like it was made at home by my three-year-old I purchase every day from Tim Hortons where I live and numerous other Tim Hortons when I'm away at work as I work in the drilling industry please excuse my grammar I'm using voice to text. I am going to attach a picture of the donut maybe I'm out of line maybe I'm not complain I don't think I'll be doing my part dad if I don't say anything you cannot work on the problem you don't know about the problem thank you for taking time to read this have a good day
