Tim Hortons review: Managers attitude

Tim Horton's, Elm Vale, Ontario. Went to Tim Hortons elm vale, and the coffees were wrong, so took them back and got new ones, which were also wrong asked for a coffee promise and was told by the manager that we don't do them anymore, the manager had such a bad attitude towards me and my wife. So I said you can keep your coffee and I want a refund, I was told that I can't have my money back, and that they would give me new ones, at this point I had had enough, demanded my money back and I was told not to come back, if this is the way time treats their customers we will stop going to Tim's altogether, one pissed off customer, regards Ray Hole
