Tim Hortons review: Lack of service and being ignored

I filled this out back in march20/20 before the covid and I was tod the store would contact me and they never did and now I heartim hortons sales expected to drop 13.7% in canada and that is what happens being ignored im sure it happens alot and the mistreatment of customers if you want to talk as I never got my problem resolved before and I was going to mke it my meal time each day that cost you alot of money sad sad very sad you have such [censored]ty customer service
