Tim Hortons review: I bought a dozen donuts and they were all stale

My dad went to a Tim Hortons store near our home to purchase a dozen donuts. They were purchased on September 3rd at approximately 8pm. Each and every donut was stale and unable to eat such a disappointment and waste of money. I have been going to Tim Hortons all my life so has my family. I cannot believe that this has happened and I really hope to be hearing back from this location in an attempt to resolve this issue.
