Tim Hortons review: horrible service and horrible drinks.

I stopped at the Tim Hortons near the Kelowna airport on my way home. I went into the store and I literally stood there for 10 minutes while the 2 girls behind the counter were busy with a car in the drive through. They did not say Hi, did not say we will be with you in a minute, nothing. They just acted like I wasnt there so I stood there patiently, but 10 min no lie, is seriously a little ridiculous. So finally they are done with the car in the drive through, they come over and I order a chocolate creamy chill, and a ice coffee. The chocolate creamy chill was a sloppy mess, I dont even think it was chocolate, I think it was an ice capp. It had a small, weird like ball of whip cream on top and that was it. No chocolate drizzle like it usually has, and it didnt taste like a chocolate chill. The ice coffee was hot. They put a tiny bit of ice but it melted in under a minute and it was warm. I stood there for 10 min for something that was not what I ordered and that ended up in the garbage.
