Usually I go inside to get my coffee and they get it correct but this time I decided to go thru the drive thru...mistake...I ordered my lg coffee my usual way which is with a lot of sugar a lot. The girl paused and then said pull forward. I did she then repeated to me the amount and said is this correct and I said yes? Is that a problem? She said that's a lot of sugar...she left and came back with another girl and a coffee cup with sugar in it to show me how much sugar I was getting and again asked me if that's how much sugar I wanted? I said yes and Is this a problem are u charging me extra for sugar? Because if you are I'll take it black. This must have made them angry because they opened the window and almost tossed a hot cup of coffee at me and shut it... I wasn't happy either I was actually stunned by their rudeness so I pulled forward and tossed the coffee at the trash can but missed it and drove off.
A few weeks later my daughter was visiting and wanted to get a coffee and breakfast I didn't want to go back there and hadn't told her what had happened to me...the cashier was very cool to us and a man cam to the register and were assuming he was a manager( he never said?) and very loudly said to me in a full restaurant with a line behind us hey didn't you throw a cup of coffee here once? I said what he repeated and added I you know what I said your the one who threw a cup of coffee here right? My daughter spoke up and said excuse me? Sir? I'm not sure who you are because you never said but did you just call my mother a lier in front of a full restaurant? This is so embarrassing for her and unprofessional for you and I would report you to the BBB but I already see that your not a member and we know why now. But we will complain to whoever and where ever we can. As we left so did the line behind us.
