Tim Hortons review: dark roast coffee not fresh

I used to buy coffee from this location 799 Dundas St E Mississauga, ON L4Y 2B7 canada .. I stopped buying and other friends too because the laziness of the employees specially at night shift and not serving fresh coffee .. I buy dark roast and usually I CHECK if its fresh because they don't make it fresh after 11:00 pm ... I asked a young LAZY employee when the dark roast was made he could not tell me the time then he he had too think it over then he said 20 minutes then changed his mind and said 1 hr(without looking at the time written at the kittle) .. i asked him are u sure?, he acted like a child then i ordered regular coffee because he was lying.. I pay for my coffee and I EXPECT FRESH COFFEE I WONDER SOME TIME ABOUT THE TIM HORTON SIGH " ALWAYS FRESH ?" .. I believe this employee is careless and he just wanted to play loud music or hear loud music ... by the way that employee brings his CD player and puts loud music inside the Tim Horton shop.. i did not come to this location for a while because of his attitude.. he is really did not care about what i said because he is not willing to serve customers.

by the way i heard he is telling other customers this is his last day at the shop no wonder he is acting like a child... i hope this employee not hired in any other locations .. no wonder he is acting like a child.

please hire employees wanna work and ALWAYS honest...
