Tim Hortons review: coffee orders wrong repeatedly

Went for coffee this morning, asked twice to make sure shot of pumpkin spice in coffee and asked again at the window. They confirmed it was since it wasn't wrote on the lid. Came to work, nope no pumpkin spice. Stupidly I go back at lunch time and order 4 coffee with pumpkin spice for me and co-workers. Again say it wasn't in the one I had this morning please make sure they are right this time. Come to work, NOT 1 had the pumpkin spice in it. That's 5 coffee today, all wrong.
