Tim Hortons review: coffee

So I'm a avid Tim hortons customer who drinks 7-10 cups of coffee per day and I have to say I've been very disappointed with the service at your locations lately it seems every time I go to Tim hortons I get an old coffee that tastes burned. Today I watched the guy working pour me the last coffee out of the pot which was not fresh, hot, or what I would expect of Tim Hortons when I asked the guy for a fresh coffee he kind of laughed and grabbed another old pot which had about half left and poured me a coffee out of it I took a sip and it was about 20% better than the one he had just gave me but still nothing like what a fresh coffee from tims tastes like so I went back and again requested a fresh coffee to which he replied that one is not that old so I asked him if he likes coffee to which he he said yes and I asked if he would like to try the coffee so he could see what I was talking about and he said no finally he made me a fresh coffee after my 3rd request I have to say I almost drove over to another coffee shop as this is becoming a very regular occurrence I honestly can say I hope you guys make a change with regards to fresh coffee from all locations otherwise I will be left with no other option but to start ordering from a different coffee shop I thought Tim hortons took pride in always serving a fresh pot please you need to make changes as this is becoming the normal(what is to be expected) when I come to Tim hortons now
