Tim Hortons review: cleanliness and atmosphere

I am currently sitting at this location and for an hour and a half there was a dirty mop bucket in the isle, a broom and dust pan in the door way to the bath rooms and they closed half the sitting area 2 1/2 hours early. Employee complaint of being treated badly and all staff want to go on strike. This employee is saying that all staff is about to quit. Very uncomfortable feeling. Hard to enjoy. There is music from employee phone blaring. Staff complaining about customers who complain when they get the wrong order. They just don't seem to care about the clients who can over hear them. Makes me not want to call me back to this location. Very unpleasant and uncomfortable.
