Thousand Trails review: susan (acting manager)

I'm a seasonal at alpine lake. JOSHUA Clifford cite 128. Apparently I'm having issues with one new neighbor. Saturday the 13 other campers were in the st in front of my cite, which I didn't know them. The woman in front of me was upset, see threatened people. Apparently an egg was thrown at her camper. Another neighbor watched my kid's and I walk into ours. It was not us. When I got a letter almost 2 weeks later, I called Susan to give my side of what happened. Susan was rude, disrespectful, she raised her voice, talked over me. I have never heard of a supposed manager act that unprofessionally with anybody. This passed Friday we came to the campground to find my trailer has been damaged. I called right away, susan sent two guys to look and take pictures. They said susan would talk to me tomorrow. I saw her in the morning with a police officer. She said good morning and just walked by. I have already talked to in insurance company and scheduled a RV company to come and look at the damage. I don't know what to do next? I feel Susan is completely incapable of handling this or any issues at the campground. I would like to here from someone else asap. I'm not sure if I should call the police or get an attorney involved. My cell is [protected]. I've been here for 4 different managers, by far Susan is, well I'll just say not doing her job.
