I purchased a popcorn of the month club gift for a friend for Christmas at the beginning of December. Christmas came and went and he never received it despite it being marked at delivered. I thought because of Christmas things might have been a little off (even though he has a Ring door to see if anything was delivered and lives somewhere with hardly any neighbors). I called and they issued a replacement. I thought things would improve. WRONG. I had to call every single month and be on with customer service for over an hour every time. They always assure the problem will be fixed, and then it never is. Usually they say they haven't been authorized to collect payment, despite me giving my CC Info every single time, as well as updating it in my profile. This is June at the time of this review and they have never delivered anything to him for three months! So much for this gift! And that is with me calling every month and them assuring me it would be on its way. Thankfully I was not charged the months it wasn't delivered, but I wanted my friend to get his present. This has been a nightmare. I have tried to update things on my own account through their website, have called customer service, and e-mailed customer service and yet, there is never any real solution. Every single time I am reassured the order would be placed, even given an estimated delivery date, and then NOTHING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! EVER! I have voiced my frustrations many, many times, and have never been even apologized to. Just told "well you should be okay for this next month". NOPE. I was told last month there was nothing wrong with my order and it would be delivered May 26th. It wasn't. When I called today June 3rd, they said they couldn't do anything about last month, couldn't send a replacement, nothing... but that later this month on the 26th they'd sent out this order. I said that was what I was told last time but it never came, but yet, no actual solutions were given. I have so many e-mails going back and forth with their fake promises. It's worthless.

Where do I start? I have ordered from this company for 30+ years as it is my father's favorite popcorn maker. The last two years of trying to order has been a nightmare. My order for Father's Day last year was supposed to include a picture which I paid extra for to be imprinted on the tin. It was not. Yet I was charged extra for it. When I called and complained they said they would send me a $10 coupon towards my next order. I never received that. When I called to place an order this year for his birthday I complained about not receiving that coupon and was assured they would send me the $10 coupon in 24 hours by email so I could use it on this order. So I waited 48 hours and never received the email. Since I was running out of time because his birthday is this week I called and complained about being worried once again about a picture I paid extra for possibly not appearing on the tin, and about how I wanted to use my $10 coupon. They told me they could not give me the discount but would send it in an email just like I was told two times before. So when response I told him to go ahead and cancel my order that I would go to a different company because I don't want to take a chance on guessing if my picture would appear on my father‘s popcorn tin or not. And because they could not apply the $10 discount. Then I get an email late in the day telling me my order was shipped! I call right away and explain how is that possible when it was canceled within 10 minutes of it being ordered this morning. I tried to explain the whole situation and was once again offered a coupon to use for a future order. I no longer trust the company because according to their records my order was not canceled this morning as I was assured it would be. I had already placed an order with a different popcorn factory and now I am out money that I was supposed to be refunded. I know they have the correct email address because he read it back to me correctly so I do not understand how this issue keeps happening. Which only leads me to believe I cannot count on this company to do future business with. I would very much like someone that knows what they're doing to reach out to me and explain how this happened and why it happened and mostly I would like my order to be refunded. Because once he realized he could not pasify me with a future $10 off coupon in an email that I did not believe I would receive, I feel he may have been concerned…Or else it was plain old negligence as far as your employees go.

I'm so disappointed and embarrassed by the small quantity of popcorn that has been delivered as Christmas gifts along with a plastic container of cheese popcornI was charged $13 as a promotional offer that was explained to come in a beautiful container... HA...
I just saw the same size at Target with "butter toffee" popcorn for $6...
I will never use your company again and you need people to understand English when trying to take the orders...
