I twice bought gifts from popcornfactory.com, but my experience is awful. All the time the delivery was delayed, but I made my orders in advance. For the first time they sent me incorrect gift, which I needed to return or I won’t receive the refund. Next time, they charged me and sent confirmation email and receipt, but several days before the estimated delivery, the seller informed me that my items were out of stock. They are really unprofessional and irresponsible and don’t care about their customers.
