The Home Depotservice from store manager

Was at store #357 in Baton Rouge La to purchase a generator. Had to get assistance from associate in lawn and garden to help. Which that took 30 minutes. Once associate arrived to help she went and found the generator on the shelf but needed a forklift to get it down. She couldn't get anyone to help with this. So we had to wait another 45 minutes and finally had to go to customer service to have the store manager Greg called. Once he came he got someone to get it down. While this was happening I was talking with the associate from lawn and garden and she told me that the manager had said to her that they are just gonna wait and that he did not care at all. The lawn and garden associate was upset about the situation also. In all it took us almost 2 hours to get the generator and leave the store. I will not be shopping at store #357 in Baton Rouge again and I will make sure to tell everyone I can that the manager Greg in that store does not care about the customer at all.
