Proscapes LLC did our patio for our new crib in fall 2021. We paid them $4,000 for the back patio. But, there are some issues with the patio. Water pools in various spots and when you walk on it, you can feel the ups and downs. It seems like ProScapes didn't level the area before pouring the concrete, which caused multiple slope differences in the patio. We talked to the owner, Dusty, in March 2022 about the poor quality of the patio. He agreed that it wasn't done right and said he would give us a stamped concrete overlay for free. He sent us an email in April saying that it would be done later in the Spring when the weather was good. He also said he would give us samples of overlays for the patio, but he never did. We've tried to contact him many times through phone calls, voice mails, and texts, but he hasn't responded much. We're happy that they admitted their mistake and wanted to fix it, but we're frustrated that we can't get a hold of them to know when or if they'll do it.

They were supposed to pour a continuous concrete floor for the garage, but they messed up because of the land's slope. So we had to pay another company $8,600 to build a foundation wall and get more concrete. We also paid $1,100 to have our yard leveled and seeded. But Proscapes didn't do what they were supposed to do. They didn't grade the area right or extend the driveway wings like they said they would. They also didn't put wire mesh in the garage floor. We tried to talk to them, but they didn't fix anything.
