I would like the Area Manager of Randfontein to call me on [protected], the request has been given to store but no response
I am highly disappointed the way my problem is not rectified as till now
As I walked in Foschini Randfontein, I ask the lady by cosmetics if I can to payment. She advised me yes and she checked and this was R1005.00.
As I got home I saw that I had no money in my account, this lady took R10005.00 out of my account.
Manager reversed it on card machine, but I still don't have my money back till now

But now I am in a loss. So tomorrow I cannot go as well as no movement for my funds.
As it was Mother's day but I cannot even buy anything, as my cash not back.
I also pay R1500 on my Edgas account. I have to use my card again to get stuff for mothers day, R1400.00. I have the slip to prove it.
I don't think it's fair that my family is being affected by an unfocused staff member.
By being a good Costumer I just wanted to pay an extra payment.
I would like the area manager to jump in here as this is unacceptable,
I called the store on Saterday and asked for the Area manager to call me.
Till now no call
I would like the person bebove the area manager to call me, no just a agent. As this has gone beyond bad service/
