The Cheesecake Factory review: Lunch from hell

This a review of Cheesecake Factory on Opry Mill. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I have NEVER had worse service, here's my experience. Friday at 1:30 we stop for lunch and were told it would be about 10 minute wait for table, OK, and we were seated within 5 minutes. Good sign. Then we wait for 10 minutes to get drink ordered, and other 10 minutes to get drinks. Another 15 minutes to get our orders, another 10 minutes to bring bread. Then about 10 minutes later when we thought we'd be finally getting our food the server comes over to say HE FORGOT TO PLACE OUR ORDERS! What did we order? Finally, food is delivered, no complaint of the quality. I needed a take home container and he brought me a container that was so small there was no way I could put my leftovers in it. I asked the busperson for 2 more containers. We get our bills, didn't have to wait 10 minutes for that, but just slips of paper - no bother with the typical cover case and pen. I was charged $19.95 whereas I was expecting the $13.95 size. I challenged him and he reminded me I asked what the neighboring table had and I said I'd take that, he didn't bother to ask if I wanted the lunch size or the large so he brought the large. We were fearful that if we gave him our credit cards for payment we'd have to wait for that as well and it felt odd to just get slips of paper. I managed to have exact change to pay for my friend and for my lunch I had $22 to pay for my $21.90 lunch. This was the lunch from hell.
