Thai Airways review: Denied boarding, very rude and abusive staff behavior.

have planned to travel from chennai to china (shanghai pudong airport) on 4/09/2023 at thai airways from chennai , i had valid visa ,valid Flight ticket, and return ticket, your staff who was handling the boarding pass asked for documents to me i have given everything to him(passport,flight ticket and return ticket) without verifying the return itenary they have told me that it is fake, i got shocked and called my brother to book a new return ticket, my brother booked a new return ticket from nanjing to bangkok ,bangkok to delhi, after showing that ticket with out even checking the staff told me its fake then i logged in that airways website and showed them the tickets copy , but they denied my boarding and said that today boarding has been closed and asked me come tomorrow ( note- the officer who handled my boarding he demanded me to book the return ticket only in thai airways and after i made my booking from nanjing to delhi he keeps asking me whats the purpose for me to visit delhi why dont you comeback to chennai i don’t understand one thing iam a indian citizen i have all rights to go anywhere in india who is your staff to ask me why iam traveling to delhi. Because of his very rude behavior and lot of irrelevant questions i denied boarding and i faced a huge loss, now who will bare my travel expenses,i lost lot of money in this, and also while handling me your staff were using abusive and disrespectful words on me it was a very big shame for me as a passenger infront of other passengers, i demand a proper explanation and answer for my loses . My flight scheduled time is 1:20 am and i was in the counter by 10:30 pm due to bad behavior of staffs and irrelevant questions they have wasted my time and they denied my boarding by 12:10am, i asked for a staff name to file a complaint but he became very angry and yelled at me and asked you are taking photo of me, which i dint even do that , i taught thai airwarys is. A good airways but this is the worst airlines i have ever saw , iam going to file a case on consumer court regarding this, i need justification.
