One month ago, early afternoon arrived and were seated. We waited patiently for 20 minutes before being asked by manager if we had been helped. She proceeded to take our drink order as well as our meal order.
Where we were seated there was another table that was seated and waited on immediately the waitress had to pass us by each time. Then another table was seated next to that one and a third and a fourth. Each time the waitress had to pass our table. She would not look at us avoided making any eye contact. I thought oh we must have another wait staff that will assist us. The fourth table that was seated was right behind us. The waitress never acknowledged us in any way it was so blatant. When the manager approached us, I guess she was sent by the hostess we asked are you our waitress we hear Taylor say no I'm your server. Why would she pass us at least nine times without a word. We were much too patient; we should have left. We have been there many times and never had this experience. She was just not going to wait on us hoping we would leave. She was very rude to show that kind of disrespect. All the other tables had drinks and bread and orders in before manager stepped in. We got or steaks well done after ordering medium twice. We also left a twenty percent tip after we weren't. We thought that wouldn't have been right. We are kind respectful retired people. All we wanted was a meal.
