Went to the Texas Road House in Selden New York Tuesday Feb 10 at 6:30
was seated, waiter took order people who came way after us received their food Manager Bill came over after 45 minutes to state that the kitchen was backed up. He promised 5 more minutes, Bill stated that they had to recook everything.Food came but it was ice cold. how can this be if recooked how can it be ice cold
