Texas Roadhouse review: Not up to the usual standards

Recently we went to the Texas Roadhouse in Wilmington NC. We had been to that location a number of times over the last six years. Always high quality. We been going to Texas Road locations all over the east coast. The roadhouse has never disappointed until now. The meal we got was not at all up to pair. The Dallas fillet 8 oz fillet was no more than 4 oz. It was pan seered and raw inside. There was no seasoning on it. It was chewy. The baked potato didn’t have the usual salt rub. The potato was warm, not hot. Very disappointed
