Texas Roadhouse review: Just an off night I hope

Went with Daughter and son-in-law for late lunch Sat Dec 6,2025
1421 W Sunset Road Henderson, Nevada
All was OK until the food started to arrive.
Not only was items missing but also served hot items cold (well room temp)
Fries appeared to have been cooked and held under a heat lamp. Requested missing shrimp and hot fries brought. Fries came but not the ordered shrimp.
When the shrimp finally arrived the fries were cold again.
Spoke about this with the on duty manager and he acted like I was interruping him from an important meeting and really could care less of my complaint.
