Texas Roadhouse review: Employee and food

My family and I went to eat and were put on the wait list because they were busy. That's understandable. We'll, they called us to be seated and they still had about thirty people waiting ahead of us to be seated and they were also called that their table was ready. We had to wait an additional ten or fifteen minutes before being seated. The steak I ordered was week done and didn't look like a rib eye at all. I had to send it back and didn't get the replacement until all of my family was finished eating and ready to leave! Also my daughters steal was so dry it was like show leather. My daughter didn't complain she just didn't eat it. Unacceptable. The young lady brought the (my) replacement and it was perfect only I didn't get to eat it. I'm not sure if I ever want to go back to Texas roadhouse again.
