Texas Roadhouse review: 18 rolls to go

I am so disappointed. I have been ordering and picking up rolls periodically for a few years now from Texas Roadhouse . Well, today I had guests coming over for dinner, so I told them I would just pick up a dozen and a half Texas Roadhouse rolls to pair with dinner. For the last year or so, the rolls have been shrinking which seems to take away from the fluffy, airy, and moist rolls I enjoyed years ago. Today, once I made it home and opened the rolls to serve, it looked like a dozen bricks sitting in a to-go container. Not only were they super tiny and hard, but they were all burnt, smelly, and dry! I was so hurt and everyone that was waiting for soft, buttery and fluffy rolls couldn’t even swallow them. I ended up discarding them and making buttered toast. There are a few more places in town that sell airy and buttery rolls (Logan’s & Farmers Market).
I wish Texas Roadhouse had stuck to the original recipe. Also, I am not driving back that far and no one ever answers the phone.
