Texas Roadhouse review: Very poor management!

As a business owner myself I was excited to see a TRH open in Elizabeth City NC. After just 1 year, my thoughts of investing in this company have changed. I have tried this location over 6 times now and constantly see very poor or non existent management. The person that says she is the owner clearly has never owned a business or has any experience. The servers are treated poorly, and some are extremely rude! Lots of managers assistants that are equally unqualified. I am shocked that a corporation of this magnitude does not train the franchise owners better, or at the least, check on them? I'm sure the health department will be shutting this location down soon. The issues with this restaurant are numerous! I just happened to witness sewage back up in the whole kitchen and bathroom with some of the servers wearing plastic bags on their feet to keep from walking in it. This is unacceptable on so many levels. I tried to find an email address to speak to someone in corporate. Perhaps they will see this. Please feel free to contact me.
