Good Day,
I cancelled this Internet service approximatly 15th September 2025 telephonically from the Eskom outlet in Cradelstone Mall, Gauteng,
speaking to a lady called Phumele, the reference number she gave me was 2633741167A. I paid in full until the 8th October 2025 but Telkom stopped suppling the service the next day. Since cancellation I have had constant harassment with phone calls and statements claiming I still owe money. I would appreciate your immediate attention regarding this matter. Regards, Herbert Kenneth Birmingham.
