Teleperformance Recruitment

I went for an assessment the 2nd August passed it with 71% I was told I would be called within 21days after completing the assessment and an interview would be done over the phone up until today I have not received any call regarding the interview process I emailed a recruiter and she said she will follow up on how far my application is after how sending countless emails I have not gotten any response

Desired outcome: I would like to know if I have been successful with my application or not

Teleperformance Final Pay Resign last January 2020

Didn't get my final pay. They promised it will be credited to the chosen bank account on or before August 12, 2022 (this was my birthday). We have a lot of plan on my birthday BUT IT WAS RUINED. Too much for this company. Very irresponsible. God knows how much I suffer just to get my money. I already comply every requirements. TWO YEARS, I want to bring this to dole but it's gonna be a long process but if you don't give my money back. I will just go to Tulfo's brother maybe they can help me.

Teleperformance recruitment fruad by teleperformance with me (INAM UL HAQUE)

I was slected as per company rules and they communicated with me the company name is teleperformance

it was quiet difficult for me to give my one month time in the interview and slection process and imafyer I was slected they added me in training group and also on boarding was completed

I have all the documents with me

which state that I was slected for the job I have got appointment as well as offer letter and even got on boarding email but yesterday the trainer removed me from group saying that I was not slected in the interview.

I would appreciat action to be taken as I'm in need of this job

Desired outcome: I have proof when I joined Google meet after the end of interview I recieved the msg that you are slected congratulations how thay let me do all process such as system Check, on boarding, appointment letter and acceptance of offer letter.

Teleperformance Need recovery amount

Teleperformance Final Pay

I ended my connection with TP last year December 2021 and followed the necessary process as I resigned. But it has been more than 2 months and I still haven’t received my final pay. They stated that I was already cleared with all departments but when I asked for my final pay, i have received nothing. I keep asking for any updates with regard of the pay but the response is always the same , that they will further confirm. It seems like TP Philippines enjoy and find it quite a pleasure when their past employee begged for their final pay.

Desired outcome: I just needy updated 2316. According to them I was cleared in all their departments. I badly needed that 2316 with my new employer.

Teleperformance Facilities and hr

I have been refused a copy of my employment contract when requested.

The last straw now was my lock being cut off and facilties refusing to make a complaint and walking away as I was being unreasonable in my request for a new lock.

I do acknowledge there were papers tapet up saying clean out lockers. Nothing about cutting of locks that were already assigned to people. Nothing about removing locks.

As a lock is there for my privacy and as suck was removed with force my concern is that if anything gets stolen they will leave it as it is "own risk." and not accepting their action leading to this.

Refusing my complaint and walking away makes me believe I am not heard nor am I safe in work space and no concerns will be addressed.

Desired outcome: A new lock. A copy of my employment contract as an email attachment or printed out in my hands.

Teleperformance Was on nhs 119 campaign contacting a solicitor various compaints but main one is missing overtime hours

Teleperfornance refused pay me overtime hours I was on the NHS 119 vaccine passport campaign our calls lasted about 15-20 minutes each and we would always finish late all of us on campaign about 12-15 minutes sometimes if we booked four vaccines it could be 30 minutes informed by TL to log them in training but all were altered to 7.5 hours when we done more

Using medical records of real people to train employees: other complaints are data protection in which the company was violated a ton of times using people medical records as forms of training Thier employees

Misidenty: I was constantly called up on my mobile phone number by completely different campaign saying that I'm not signed in how can I be signed in when I don't work for that campaign they even got my name wrong as well not professional at all

Teleperformance Performance pay

Since last 11 months I am doing follow up with India HR Team for my Performance Bonus. However not receiving any satisfactory answer from them.
As per them my performance is below expectations, I have never received my KRA from my manager so I am not sure on what basics they have assess my performance. I have made Capital Expense saving of INR 2 Cr in that year.
Still I told them assume I accept that my performance is below expectation still I am eligible for 50% of my Performance Pay i.e. 75000 (50% of 150000).
I request for experience letter which also they deny.

Teleperformance Wages owed

I have an open case with the utah work commission and my attorney is taking action aswell with them owing me wages. No longer work for this company thank god, but i would like my wages owed paid off. Its not right the way this company treats employees... Let me say that again... E m p l o y e e s. I am owed 1530 rough estimate i do have al the paper work put up. But if needed the proof i can provide it. Im just doing this to add on more to the teleperformance name they keep promoting. My attorney is helping me out so i see it pointless to provide more proof unless someone is going to actually take action and pay me my owed wages.

Teleperformance Termination Fraud

I am Isidro D. Gamutan Jr., a forner employee of Teleperformance, Cebu - Insular Bldg. I submitted my resignation last October 26, 2021 with a 30 day effectivity. Because i was dealing with family issues, I was absent for a couple of days. At the time that I am now ready to work dated Oct. 30, 2021, to complete the 30 day effectivity, my Sup (Rhuede Abacajan) informed me that i no longer need to report cause she had endorsed me for termination due to NCNS, and that she is just waiting for thd HR's update. SEE attached screenshot.

Ms. Rhuede Abacajan was just lying to me and there were no endorsements submitted to HR. This is teminating without due process. Last Dec. 7, 2021 i made a follow up for my last pay but HR has no info about ths termination or even my resignatilon. It was on this date that my Sup, submitted the endorsements and the termination process was made. And now i have to wait again for another 30 to 45 days for my last pay to be release. I have been requesting to HR (Paul Alfred Guantero) but it seems I was not given the chance. They seem to ignore my multiple request which left me absorbing all the consequences of Ms. Rhuede failure.

I just need sonsons could help me out and correct this situation.

Teleperformance Yasmina yakub

Since I have filed a complaint regarding Yasmina Yakub and her lack lustre abilities when it comes to team leading, She has been threatening to terminate me, would constantly try to intimidate me. Today she called me before I started my shift and told me she'd be firing me for 2 reasons.
First reason would be my logging interactions, Yasmina states that I haven't logged my cases correctly when I have documented proof of me keeping up a 100% logging interaction on a weekly basis. She then did not provide the cases that have not been logged correctly. And secondly, she said that I had an Apple IQE fail for not assuring the customers, I make sure that for every single call that I receive, to assure the customer and make sure that they know I'd be happy to help them. Once again Yasmina has not shown me any recordings of calls in which I have not assured a customer. I believe that she has terminated me because I have previously filed a complaint about her. If a teleper Repress could review this and get back to me as soon as possible that would be greatly appreciated

Teleperformance Ex employee single father

Good morning Teleperformance

My name is David I am a single father in charge of my baby here in Peru with 40 years old and the reason that I am contacting you is because I don't feel fair have been fired from this beautiful company create in France, I have been treated bad here in Lima Peru by administrator who fired me without justice without warning or second chance, I did the best of my abilities to provide my knowledge to the company with just 1 month worked included training what I feel is that I didn't get the proper training during the month I explained the administrator who treated me so badly and fired me also all the supervisors are from Colombian most of them not good knowledged in the English language I wonder if there is a position job covered by them I feel like that and I apologize if I am wrong but that is what I feel. I have experience in customer service for a very long time working in another countries but I never felt something like that coworkers help you to develop in the company and I wanted to escalate and get better position in this beautiful company I submitting my claim here in France site because I know you guys are very honest and helpful country.

Teleperformance Unauthorized Hiring at company

In this current week at your india office which is located at gurugram they hire a person (Pawan Singh) he is actually 10th failed and submitted his fake 12 mark sheet and your company hire him without any verification that is a criminal offence so as per my request you have to fired him or launch a FIR against him I am sharing his fake mark sheet with you can check whether its fake or original.

Teleperformance Final Pay

I decided to do an immediate resignation last October 7, 2021 due to medical reason of my pregnancy. My supervisor, account manager and HR agree to it. I process my clearance properly by October 29 and receive an email from HR Manila Philippines by November 17 regarding about my final pay and it stated their that my final pay is not sufficient to cover up my accountabilities due to breach of contract. How come that I breach it? They dont even advice me that I need to render 30 days to avoid it. They know that I can no longer work properly cause it stated on my medical certification from my doctor that I need to rest till I gave birth. So even medical reason is no longer a valid to file for an immediate resignation?

Desired outcome: I want them to lift the penalty cause Its no longer my fault that im facing difficulties on my pregnancy and I want them to release my final pay.b

Teleperformance Supervisor

I'd like to file a complaint about (Yasmina Yakub) at Teleperformance. I am constantly being told not to transfer calls and that if I have questions about how to resolve an issue that I should reach out on Google meets to get a response from the supervisors. I do that constantly only to be ignored and left unhelped. She has told me about call avoidance before but now she is also telling me that if you don't call them back after the line has been disconnected, it's considered call avoiding….it would've been great if She told me this before but I was told about this just today. I send out messages to get help for my calls and she did not help at the time, she then tells me that she's going to terminate me in the Google meeting because I don't reach out to anyone for help even though I constantly send her messages.

Desired outcome: I’d like to get a response when I ask for help and not be told that I’m doing something wrong due to the managements incompetence.

Teleperformance Company has not released my final pay

I left Teleperformance around March of this year. I have not processed my clearance right away because of the pandemic. Since then I knew that I was not expecting I was going to get my final pay. Until they have sent me a text message (see the document attached) from Teleperformance saying that my preliminary final pay computation is ready. So I had responded to the text since I'm unemployed my family could really use the money. Besides I worked for it. I know that their computation is wrong because the 3 days that I was sick and I had gone to the doctor in which I submitted the original fit to work letter to the site clinic and did not make myself a copy that's why I did not mention it any longer to them cause I don't have a copy of my fit to work. But I was so sure that my superviaor said that I can use the sick leave benefit that we automatically get on the 3rd or 6th month working for the company. Up to now they have not forwarded my final pay to my payroll account.

Desired outcome: For what they are doing to me. I would like teleperformance to include on my final pay the 3days I was sick.

Teleperformance Employment / onboarding process / total lack of communication

I had gone through the entire application and onboarding process including, background check and work equipment recieved. I was emailed that I was fully cleared to begin training on October 11, 2021. The only step needed prior to training was a "tech check". By Friday Oct 8, I had not recieved anything regarding the tech check nor a link to start my virtual training. I email several people at Teleperformance more than once. I called and text a Recruiter twice from balance staffing agency and was told a manager would call me, no one ever did. I joined a zoom conference on 3 different occasions that was managed by Balance Staffing Agency that was held on weekdays for questions or help with onboarding. I was told then that the "tech checks" were behind schedule but that I should hear from them anytime now. I never did. Bottom line is I turned down 2 other offers in order to join Teleperformance. As of Oct 19, not one single person has ever made any attempt to contact me. As a result of no one answering any of my many requests for answers, I never was able to start my training/employment with Teleperformance. I have suffered a financial loss and just as important, my time wasted. I now have to begin my employment search all over again wasting even more of my precious time causing more financial hardship. I am asking for Teleperformance to compensate me for the week of Monday, October 11, 2021 to Friday, October 15, 2021 to ease the financial hardship I am experiencing because of their actions. The compensation I expect would be at the hourly wage set in my offer letter for total 40 hours for tle week. I consider myself no longer an employee from October 15, 2021.

Desired outcome: I am asking for Teleperformance to compensate me for the week of Monday, October 11, 2021 to Friday, October 15, 2021 to ease the financial hardship I am experiencing because of their actions

Sorry to hear you are going through the same problem. If you want to get any response from them I would say to post your situation on "Glassdoor ." I did post my complaint with them and got a canned response stating that they "care deeply" and to contact them to resolve the matter. Their response was as worthless as the employment offer I accepted. The phone number they provided was a recording of one ad after another asking for a response of "yes" I want more information or decline it, just to hear another ad. After I declined every ad, it drop me from the call. I tried 3 times to reach someone and got the same result everytime. All I could do was email them (again with the email they provided on glassdoor) that included all the documents I have posted here. About 2 weeks later I recieved a reply about my email that said "This is noted. I already forwarded your concern to the appropriate team. Please expect them to take action as soon as possible." Well, that was 6 days ago and have not heard from anyone yet. So now I have THEIR computer taking up space in my office. I do have a return shipping label to send it back but I am not going to send it to them until I hear from someone about my problem with their company. For clarification, I'm not keeping their computer out of spite. I am keeping it out of concern that they will say they never recieved it and claim that I must repay them for its value. If it were any other company, I would have sent their equipment back right away but then again, I don't think any other company is as incompetent as Teleperformance.

This is the same exact issue I am dealing with. Never received equipment to start training. Training start date was moved from 9/27 to 10/11. Still no equipment, no response from the numerous emails, text and voicemails. This is the worst experience I have ever dealt with. It’s very frustrating not to have one person in this huge company reach out to help, offer any type of guidance whatsoever, or even respond to a message. Not to mention the waste of time and financial burden it has caused. Someone needs to be held accountable or this place needs to be shut down.

Teleperformance Recruiter "Rehab Hassan"

I am an accepted candidate at Teleperformance academy. My file is being held by an unprofessional recruiter named "Rehab Hassan". I've tried reaching her over Whatsapp and on her mobile number, but she insists to ignore me and show her unprofessional development for the reputable company that she represents. I do have chats and voice notes from her, showing lack of professionalism and unwanted conversations that I'm not interested in. I am reaching out to the company for help that she's not providing which is her duty. I apologize, but she has personal issues that I can address in person. I am sure that recruiters are supposed to be good represents for the company, and I can prove that "Rehab Hassan" is the wrong candidate for the job that she's not performing. I have been accepted since May. We are now in September. I'm sure the company pays lots of money for marketing and recruitment of employees. "Rehab Hassan" is not losing anything to care about the company at this point.
